Located in the heart of historic Old Town Lewisville, Buffalo Hirsch is a new open-air cocktail truckyard designed for neighbors, friends, and families to gather and unwind. With two unique bar concepts, a spacious shaded patio, fire pits, and yard games, it’s a laid-back space built for connection.
The food truck lineup features three local favorites: The Tomato, The Pickled Carrot, and Feta’s Lone Star Greek—serving up everything from comfort food to fresh, flavorful bites, seven days a week.
We’re dog friendly, kid friendly until 9pm, and always ready to pour something good.
